產(chǎn)品在包裝物中為濃稠液體狀。一旦遇到空氣則發(fā)生化學(xué)交聯(lián)而固化。固化后形成一種聚脲彈性橡膠膜。該材料對(duì)混凝土砂漿、大理石、陶瓷、鋁合金、聚氨酯發(fā)泡劑、PVC等有較好的粘附力。一般情況下，建議使用合適的底涂劑，以使其對(duì)基材有更好的粘結(jié)性能。在PU保溫層平整面上和XPS板上可不用底涂劑。材料固化后，其可直接暴露于室外空氣中使用，顏色不發(fā)生改變，無(wú)須保護(hù)層。其具有優(yōu)異的防水性能和耐磨性能。其可承受車輛的磨壓，可供行人，車輛通行。

優(yōu)點(diǎn)和特性
聚脲地坪的優(yōu)點(diǎn)和特性
1、反應(yīng)活性高 、固化速度快 、垂直面 、頂面及任意曲面可連續(xù)噴涂不流掛聚脲彈性體不需要催化劑，5～10秒鐘凝膠，30分鐘達(dá)步行強(qiáng)度，一次施工厚度無(wú)限制，施工周期短、效率高。剛性聚氨酯固化時(shí)間30秒～10分鐘。
2、100%固含量、無(wú)有機(jī)物揮發(fā)、無(wú)毒，系無(wú)污染的綠色噴涂技術(shù)
3、金屬、非金屬底材均有極強(qiáng)附著力。如鋼、鋁、鋼筋水泥、木材、玻璃鋼、聚氨酯泡沫等。
4、對(duì)溫度 、濕度不敏感，施工時(shí)受環(huán)境溫度 、濕度影響小。噴涂聚脲彈性體時(shí)，在－40℃的低溫、高環(huán)境濕度時(shí)可施工，甚至可在水面和冰面固化。聚氨酯彈性體底材最低溫度為露點(diǎn)以上3℃，低環(huán)境濕度。
5、耐低溫 、高溫穩(wěn)定性好。聚脲彈性體涂層，可在－45℃～120℃下長(zhǎng)期使用，并能承受160℃的短時(shí)熱沖擊。聚氨酯彈性體涂層耐低溫及高溫性能比聚脲稍差。
6、耐候性，耐老化性好。脂肪族聚脲不受紫外線侵蝕，不易變黃。肪香族聚脲雖泛黃，但無(wú)粉化和開(kāi)裂，可長(zhǎng)期使用。耐冷熱沖擊及風(fēng)雨霜雪的交變沖擊。
7、彈性體和剛性體涂層有優(yōu)異的物理性能。如抗拉強(qiáng)度、撕裂強(qiáng)度、沖擊強(qiáng)度、粘接力、抗陰極剝離、絕緣強(qiáng)度、延伸率、耐磨性等。優(yōu)異的低溫韌性。調(diào)節(jié)配方，硬度可從軟橡皮（邵A30）到硬彈性體（邵D75）之間變化。彈性體時(shí)一種介于橡膠和塑料之間的高分子合成材料，它即有塑料的高強(qiáng)度，又有橡膠的高彈性。
8、優(yōu)異的裝飾、防腐、防水、防濕滑功能。可耐大部分腐蝕介質(zhì)酸（中等強(qiáng)度以下）、堿、鹽、海水等的長(zhǎng)期浸泡，是優(yōu)異的重防腐材料。
9、使用成套設(shè)備進(jìn)行噴涂，可現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工、快速固化、生產(chǎn)效率高。專用設(shè)備每班（8小時(shí)）最高可噴涂厚1mm的涂層2000多平方米。涂層表面光滑、連續(xù)無(wú)接縫。調(diào)節(jié)工藝參數(shù)，亦可得到橘皮狀表面。
10、可根據(jù)使用要求，加入各種顏料、填料、制成不同顏色和功能的涂層。
